BCA has worked closely with Your Helping Hands for several years. with extensive experience in social care, community support and helping people who may be vulnerable, isolated or at risk of being excluded from services. BCA and YHH remain separate organisations.

Through this partnership, Your Helping Hands has provided support from the centre, helping local people to access practical advice, community activities and wider support. Going forward, this partnership will place an increasing emphasis on social prescribing, digital inclusion and IT support, particularly for older people and those who may struggle to access essential services online.

Together, BCA and Your Helping Hands aim to make the centre a welcoming place where people can receive practical support, develop their digital skills, connect with their community and be signposted to the services and opportunities that can improve their wellbeing and independence.
